How to delete all your data

If you want to stop using XSim and delete all your data on the XSim, follow these steps to delete your account.

How to delete your account

  1. Log-in to XSim and go to your User Page by clicking on your user name in the top right corner of the screen and selecting 'User Pages'.

  2. Select the "Account" tab and press the "Delete account" button at the bottom right of the screen.

  3. A final confirmation dialog will appear, press "Yes" to delete all data. Please note that all data (account information, created projects, etc.) will be deleted immediately and cannot be restored.

  4. When the information has been successfully deleted, an exit message will be displayed. Press the "OK" button to move to the XSim top page.
